To reset your password enter your username and click on reset password button. This functionality is for the owner only if your are employee tell your owner to reset your password.
Second step
answer security question
If you are the owner you have to answer the security question you have created if you answer correctly you can reset your password in the next step.
Third step
create a new password
Now create your new password remember that now the password requires at least 6 characters once you have typed your password and confirmed your password the app will change the current password with this new password and take you to the sign in screen. That's it you have reset your password.
