Returns or Exchanges page

You can search sales using the sale number and then edit which item or items the consumer wants to return the total shown below is the total which will be returned or exchanged.

Exchange product

Product exchange dialog

The dialog for product exchange will show total amount that will be given to user for use in there exchanging of product and an option of whether the user prodcukt will be restocked in the shop inventory or not click the desired option and you will be taken to the PoS.

The PoS will show Credit if the exchanged product has less amount. otherwise total will be shown.

Return Product

Product return dialog

The dialog for product return shows total amount that will be returned to the consumer. You have to give the reason for the return of the product and choose whether to restock the returned item or not.
